Boa Lane Return Policy 

At Boa Lane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help! Please review our return policy below.

General Information

- Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

- Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Underwear and socks

- Items purchased on clearance or sale

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at boa.lane@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Receive Instructions: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Pack Your Return*: Ensure your item is in its original packaging, along with any accessories and tags.

4. Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send your item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Refund Process

- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it.

- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

- Please allow **5-10 business days** for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request an exchange, please follow the same procedure as the return process.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Check your bank account again.

- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
